Talk With Gary About a Partner Setup

Starks Golf Club Works LLC is a small, veteran-owned golf club repair and custom-building shop in Murray, Utah. The Trade Repair & Partner Program gives local golf businesses access to repair services without needing to maintain a full repair bench, stock specialty tools, or tie up staff.

We work with golf courses, instructors, sporting-goods retailers, indoor golf facilities, leagues and other local golf businesses.

Two Ways to Work With Starks

Referral Partner

  • Send the golfer directly to Starks
  • Starks handles the estimate, repair and payment
  • No billing or administration for the partner business
  • Appropriate for instructors, leagues, courses and golf facilities

Trade / Overflow Repair

  • The partner business can remain the customer-facing contact
  • The club is sent to Starks for repair
  • Starks can bill the partner under an agreed labor arrangement
  • Appropriate for pro shops, used-equipment retailers and businesses that already perform some repairs but need overflow help

Repair Work We Can Support

  • Regripping and grip fitting
  • Broken or damaged shafts
  • Reshafting
  • Driver, fairway and hybrid adapter installation
  • Loose clubheads and epoxy failures
  • Ferrule replacement and repair
  • Club length adjustments
  • Shaft and hosel preparation
  • Used-club refurbishment
  • Cleaning, inspection and basic cosmetic finishing
  • Other repair work evaluated case-by-case

Starks does not currently offer in-house loft/lie bending.

See our Club Repair services for more about the work we do.

Built for Overflow

You do not need to send all of your repair work to Starks. If your business already handles basic repairs or regripping, we can support the jobs that require more tools, more time, or additional expertise—or help when your staff is backed up.

Use Starks as an extra repair bench when you need one, with arrangements that complement the way your business already works.

Used Equipment Support

Starks can help retailers and resale businesses turn repairable golf equipment back into sale-ready inventory. Work may include shaft replacement, loose-head repairs, adapter installation, ferrules, grips, cleaning and inspection.

We assess the equipment and discuss the repair and required parts before work begins, so you can decide whether the repair makes sense for your inventory.

How It Works

  1. 1 →Club comes in
  2. 2 →Quick assessment / photo triage
  3. 3 →Repair approved
  4. 4 →Starks completes work
  5. 5 →Club returned
  6. 6Back into play or back onto the sales floor

Scheduled pickup and return arrangements can be established when partner volume makes a route practical.

Partner Pricing

  • Referral work: The customer pays normal Starks Golf Club Works pricing.
  • Trade / overflow work: Partner labor pricing is established by agreement based on the type and volume of work.
  • Parts / components: Quoted before installation when additional parts are required.
  • Rush or special-trip service: Available by agreement when practical.

Why Starks

  • Small-shop attention
  • Fast communication
  • Low overhead
  • Local Murray service
  • Pickup / return options where practical
  • Repair-only support that complements your existing business

No requirement to change how you currently handle golf equipment.
