Make your ball unmistakably yours.

Golfdotz gives golfers a colorful, personal way to identify a golf ball without reaching for the same old marker pen. Small family business. Made in the USA. Built around a simple idea that has been going strong since 2008.

Why Starks is featuring them

A practical idea with a lot of personality.

At Starks Golf Club Works, we like golf products that solve a real problem without making the game more complicated. Golfdotz fits that idea.

Instead of a hand-drawn dot or line, Golfdotz uses a transfer marking that bonds to the surface of the golf ball. The result is easy to recognize and gives golfers a chance to put some personality into something as simple as identifying their ball.

Golfdotz states that its markings conform to USGA and R&A rules and are designed not to affect ball flight or roll.

How it works

Clean ball. Firm pressure. Your mark.

1

Start clean

Use a clean, dry golf ball so the transfer can bond properly.

2

Choose your design

Pick the Golfdotz design that makes your ball easy to identify.

3

Press firmly

Work the transfer firmly into the dimples according to Golfdotz's application instructions.

4

Go play

Your golf ball now carries a distinctive mark that's easy to recognize.

The small-business story

Started in 2008. Still family-run.

Founder David Poole introduced Golfdotz in 2008 after seeing an opportunity to give golfers something more interesting than the ordinary ink mark used to identify a ball.

Sonia has been helping Golfdotz customers since the early days, and the company remains a small family business today.

Golfdotz proudly identifies itself as a Made in USA original — exactly the kind of independent golf-business story we want golfers visiting Starks Golf Club Works to discover.

More Than a Ball Mark

Golfdotz aren’t limited to golf balls. They can also be applied to clubs, giving golfers another way to personalize and identify their equipment.

Golfdotz notes that its products have been used by PGA Tour and European Tour club fitters on player club sets — including clubs for 2016 Masters champion Danny Willett.

It’s a nice bit of history for a product that started with a simple idea in 2008: give golfers a better-looking, more personal way to make their mark.

The Starks connection

Small golf businesses helping golfers find each other.

“The point of our Featured Maker pages isn't to turn Starks into another big online golf store. It's to help everyday golfers discover independent companies making useful, interesting things for the game.”
